Message Sender

Messages are sent by DealMako platform users (real estate investors and wholesalers) through the DealMako software platform.

Message Purpose

You will receive text messages related to potential property purchase offers, including property inquiries, appointment scheduling, cash offer notifications, and follow-up communications.

Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from DealMako users at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

How to Opt Out

DealMako automatically detects and honors opt-out requests including: (a) standard keywords (STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REMOVE); (b) informal opt-out language (“leave me alone,” “remove me,” “do not text,” “stop texting me,” “unsubscribe me,” or similar reasonable indications); and (c) any communication from the recipient that a reasonable person would interpret as a request to stop receiving messages, in compliance with the FCC’s April 11, 2025 consent revocation rule. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
