How the math works
Formula
Assignment Fee = End Buyer Price − Contract Price
Your assignment fee is the spread between the price you contracted with the seller and the price your end buyer agrees to pay. It's paid to you at closing through the title company. Most wholesalers target $5,000–$25,000 per assignment depending on market.
